How to become a Member

1. To join the Royal Melbourne Hotel(RMH) Rewards Club, register your details online at www.rmh.com.au.   RMH may grant or refuse membership in its absolute discretion.
2. Each member is only permitted to have one membership which will be allocated to one nominated email address when the member registers online. Each email address may only be used for a single membership (except with the consent of RMH).
3. When granted membership to the RMH Rewards Club, we will enter your contact details in the RMH Club database and activate the RMH Rewards Club Card.
4. All RMH Rewards Club members have access to change their personal details at any time via the website at www.rmh.com.au.

Terms & Conditions of Membership

1. RMH Rewards Club Members will receive credit on their Rewards Club account to the value of five cents from every dollar spent on food and beverage purchases for individuals and RMH Rewards Club Members will receive credit on their Rewards Club account to the value of two a half cents from every dollar spent on food and beverage purchases for Corporate business.
2. Credit can be redeemed from beverages and food on premises, subject to times and availability.
3. The credits gained cannot be used as a part-payment or redeemed for cash.
4. RMH Rewards Club Members can view and change their contact details by logging onto www.rmh.com.au and clicking on ‘Members-Login‘. You will be required to enter your first name, last name, password and card number to login.
5. If you lose or cannot remember your login details or password, please contact RMH marketing department to obtain a new password.
6. RMH Rewards Club Members must be 18years old and over.
7. To redeem a special offer you must go to a RMH and present your Rewards Club card.
8. Special offer values are inclusive of GST where applicable.
9. RMH Rewards Club cards, special offers and discounts are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
10. Special offers must be redeemed on the dates specified in the relevant additional terms and conditions.
11. Special offers are subject to availability, RMH is not responsible if a special offer is not available on the day you come to redeem your special offer and you must release RMH from any claim and from all liability arising out of your inability to redeem such special offers.
12. RMH reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to suspend your membership in the event that large credit loads accumulate on your Rewards Club account pending.
13. RMH may terminate your membership if it considers you have used your Rewards Club card fraudulently or otherwise in contravention of these terms and conditions or the law generally.
14. RMH is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either collected at the time you registered as a Member or during the course of your Membership.
15. RMH reserves the right to remove credit incorrectly or accidentally added to your Rewards Club account, without notice to you.
16. RMH decisions will be final and cannot be contested and the Member hereby agrees to accept such decisions.
17. RMH reserves the right at its sole discretion to change these terms and conditions, the terms of any of its special offers or the Rewards Club at any time without notice to you other than a general email
18. The information is governed by RMH Privacy Policy. You hereby authorize RMH free to disclose and use information for its own marketing purposes.
19. If a member has not used their RMH Rewards Club card for a period of twelve months the member account will close and all accrued entitlements and information will lapse.
