FUNCTIONS CLUB LOUNGE:

When the sun goes down, the Functions Club Lounge comes alive. Located on the second story of the Hotel, directly above the Governors Lounge is fully equipped with a dance floor, dj rig and huge sound system. Coupled with this, The Lounge is decked out with informal and comfortable couches, suitable for events ans parties.

ATRIUM:

The Royal Melbourne Hotel’s Atrium is the main area of the hotel situated under a glass roof and covering the large main bar and fantastic dining area. The glass wall down the western side of the atrium folds away to make the Atrium and the 60 seater courtyard one huge area.

THE CELLS:

The Heritage Listed Cells are located directly opposite the main Atrium and date back to the 1880’s when they were operated as the City West Police Station and Jailhouse. Inspired by the reign of the Kelly Gang, the jailhouse has had an extraordinary history and the original wooden, multi-bolted doors are sensational.

THE GOVERNORS LOUNGE:

Located at the entrance to the Royal Melbourne Hotel the Governors Lounge is the ideal place to relax and have a few quiet beers with friends, whether it is after work, hiding from work Equipped with 6 televisions in its 2 large rooms it’s the perfect place to unwind. Accommodates 100 people perfect for the intimate event.
